Surveillance We believe that a case is only as strong as the investigator working it. With this in mind, we require all of our investigators to have prior experience along with a strong dedication to the insurance investigation field. Through an extensive training
course, we help the investigators hone their skills so that they become top-quality field agents worthy to be on our
investigative team.Our in-house investigative team is dedicated solely to conducting extensive preliminary work before a field
investigator is sent out to conduct physical surveillance. After the preliminary investigation has accurately identified your
claimant and determined his/her whereabouts, a surveillance investigation plan is established and a field agent is assigned to
your case.
With each of Transoft Solutions Background Investigations, you receive a detailed and professionally written report. The report
includes all investigative findings and copies of database records pertaining to your case.Transoft Solutions investigators
create the best possible environment to facilitate the communication of the facts from the person(s) being interviewed.
By attentively listening to the interviewee and allowing him / her to give an uninterrupted narrative, our investigators
gather the facts surrounding an event or incident and are able to accurately access the underlying truth or deception.
Activity Check.
Transoft Solutions Activity Check includes discreet inquiries of the
claimant’s residence, neighborhood and surroundings is determined and additional relevant information pertaining to the
claimant is provided. All data is provided to you in a detailed, professional report.

investigation includes a brief telephonic inquiry with the claimant and/or neighbors in a direct or discreet manner, a
verification of claimant death. It includes a face-to-face interview with the claimant to obtain current address and telephone
number, medical treatment and benefit check status, activity level and disability status and a detailed residence description.
Clinic Investigations
Our Standard Clinic Investigation includes an on-site clinic investigation to make sure the location is
legitimate and provides you with further information to help you uncover/verify medical provider fraud – i.e. statements of
medical providers, claimant's, police officer, etc.
Dependency Check Investigations.
Transoft Solutions Dependency Check Investigation includes inquiries in the claimant's local neighborhood to
verify marital status, number of dependent children living in the household, and, if requested, a discreet interview of the
claimant. You are provided with a detailed report as well as copies of all records pertaining to your claimant.
Hospital Canvass / Pharmacy Canvass.
Transoft Solutions in-house investigative team conducts an investigation within close proximity of the
claimant’s current residence (maximum of 2 hospitals or pharmacies) to determine if the claimant received any medical
treatment in a hospital or obtained any prescription medication during the months or years proceeding the reported injury or
date of loss.
